ONLINE RACE PARTNER

For 2010 CIRC we will be working with RONIN Racing - our online registration and results partner. They have an excellent support team and will be able to assist coaches and competitors with questions at support@roninracing.com

LANE ASSIGNMENTS

Will be posted a few days before the event.  On race day Elementary School Coaches, with large groups of athletes will be able to pick up your race cards in an envelope all at once.  

LATE ENTRIES MAY BE ACCEPTED AT THE REGATTA VENUE ONLY IF....

Lanes are available and you are entering at least 2 hours prior to the race.  This will be at the discretion of the Entries chairperson, based on lane availability and event category. Any entry accepted at the regatta on February 7, 2010 will be assessed the Late Registration Penalty of an additional $10.00.  

If you have registered you may wish to check the Final Schedule of Events closer to race day for any adjustments based on the number of entries in your race category. 

2010 ENTRY FEES:

Fees are payable in Canadian or U.S. dollars and can be submitted on line or by cheque. All payments must be recieved by entry close on January 31, 2010 to maintain entry.

SENDING PAYMENT BY MAIL

Be assured, our online partner RONIN uses a secure environment for credit card payments. If you have any questions about payment, please send a note to finance@cdnindoorrowing.org 

Payment must have been received before the close of entries on Sunday January 31, 2010 to confirm entries, lane assignment and guarantee your Race Card at the Registration Desk. If you do not see your lane assignment and entry posted in the confirmed entries list after February 5, 2010, please contact entries@cdnindoorrowing.org

REFUNDS

Please report race withdrawls to entries@cdnindoorrowing.org by February 3, 2010 at 5:00 p.m. Entry fee refunds may be issued for scratches only if they are reported before 5 p.m. on Wednesday February 3, 2010. Any race withdrawl or scratch made after 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday February 3, 2010 will not be refundable for any reason. If eligible for a refund by reporting it by February 3, 2010, your refund will be processed 14 days after the event and sent to you by mail.  Please do not ask for a fee refund on race weekend!

WAIVERS

If you are over age 18, you were able to complete your waiver online.  If you are under 18, you must print the 2010 Waiver Form and bring it with you. The Race system will prompt you in this regard.  Bring it with you and hand it in at Registration on Sunday February 7, 2010. It must include a parent or legal guardian's signature.
